The group’s manufacturing facilities are located at Ghaziabad (just 20 km from Delhi) and at Haridwar. The plant at Ghaziabad is spread over 50,000 m2, with a built-up area in excess of 10,000 ft2. All the locations offer excellent infrastructural facilities in terms of power, water, labour and road connectivity.
The group has manufacturing capacity of over 7,000 MT per annum, which it plans to expand regularly.
We have two rotogravure printing machines viz. nine color and eight color; both equipped with state of art digital AC drives, auto registration control systems, web video inspection systems and turn bar. We offer printing on variety of substrates like polyester (PET), Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP), Paper, Biaxially Oriented Polyamide (BOPA), Polyethylene, Metalized films, Shrink PVC, PET-G etc.
The group has two dry lamination, three solvent free lamination and one extrusion lamination machine. All the machines are high speed and are equipped with state of art drives. The machines allow the group to manufacture complex extrusion coated and laminated structures. The high speed extrusion lamination machine processes extremely accurate extrusion thicknesses (from 7 μ to 50 μ), ensuring even thickness and quality.
The group has sufficient slitting and bag making capacity to balance its printing and laminating capacity. The group has five slitting machines and more than ten pouch making machines to produce all type of pouches like 3D box pouch, side seal pouch, centre seal pouch, zipper pouch and stand up pouch etc. Further, the group has two gluing machines and four cutting machines to manufacture Shrink PVC Sleeves and PET-G sleeves in both roll form and sleeve form.
The group manufactures consistent quality of hot melt coated soap wrapper of both knurl and smooth finish. The soap wrapper can be manufactured in various gsm, and with various premium finishes like metalized, holography, etc.
