Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Email Policy

Poysha Packaging Private Limited ("Poysha", "we", "us") does not permit or authorize the advertising or promotion of poysha.in, poyshapackaging.com, our products or our services through unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, spam, or any other abusive messaging practice. This policy covers all email sent from our domains, and any message that contains a link to our websites.

1. How we use email

We are a packaging manufacturer. Our email is used for legitimate business purposes: communicating with customers, suppliers, employees, service providers and other business contacts, and with people who have contacted us or otherwise have a business relationship with us. Our systems also send transactional and operational messages such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, account information and shipment updates.

• We do not send bulk marketing campaigns.
• We do not buy, rent, sell or share email address lists.
• We do not harvest or scrape addresses from websites, directories or any other source, and we do not use automated tools to generate or guess addresses.
• Our messages use accurate sender details and subject lines, and never use forged headers or misleading content.
• Our email is sent only through our own mail service (Microsoft 365). Our domains publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so that receiving servers can identify forged mail that claims to be from us.

2. Employees, agents and partners

Poysha does not permit its employees, agents, contractors, marketing partners or service providers to:

• send unsolicited bulk or commercial email advertising Poysha or our websites;
• use purchased, harvested, scraped or otherwise improperly obtained email lists;
• send deceptive or misleading messages; or
• use third-party systems or services to advertise our websites through unsolicited messages.

Anyone who breaks this policy will face disciplinary action, which may include losing email access or ending the employment or contract.

3. Forged email and unauthorized use of our domain

Spammers sometimes forge our domain name in the "From" address, or put links to our websites in their messages, without our knowledge or consent. Such messages are not sent or authorized by us. We will act to stop any unauthorized use of our domains that is reported to us.

4. Reporting unsolicited email

If you receive an unsolicited or inappropriate email that was sent from our domains, or that advertises, promotes or links to poysha.in or poyshapackaging.com, please report it to:

abuse@poysha.in

Where possible, forward the original message as an attachment, including its full email headers, and tell us the date and time you received it. This lets us trace where it came from. We confirm receipt of reports within 2 business days, investigate every legitimate report, and take appropriate action.

5. Opting out

If you are a customer, supplier or other business contact and no longer wish to receive non-essential email from us, reply to the message and ask the sender to stop, or write to abuse@poysha.in. We will stop sending non-essential email to that address within 10 business days.
